• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 and the maximum for a single bet is ৳1,00,000.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and your funds will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void the affected bets.
• If you lose connection during live betting, please check the bet confirmation page.
• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity for 12 months.
• At the user's own request.
